NVHomes at Ashburn Station

We bought a newly constructed NV townhome by Fairfax Boulevard in 2025. Family and I are extremely happy with the purchase based on the design and specifically their customer service from beginning till the end. Especially want to single out their warranty agent Josh who oversees all warranty claims. He was extremely patient, responsive, and easy to work with. Josh is definitely a one of a kind and I would recommend NV homes to friends and family based on my experience with Josh!

We bought an NV Home about a year ago. The design and build process were overall smooth and on time. The house has had no major issues, but for anything that came up, we've had a WONDERFUL experience with our warranty team. Josh is the best! They've fixed anything and everything we needed, all with a smile on their faces.

Avoid like the plague They messed up the construction in Herndon for similar units constructed between 2022-2024. HOA fees have tripled due to maintenance costs. Same story for other locations/communities. They take down the Google Maps page so you can’t see reviews once a community is fully sold. Several leaks in the building. Elevator breakdowns every other month. Garage door issues. Water pressure issues. Incorrect installation of water heaters etc.
