Nuovo Apartments

I’ve been here since last November and honestly, I’m pretty happy with the place. The gym, pool, and all the common areas are always clean and taken care of. Security feels legit—I never feel sketched out walking around at night. The whole vibe is just chill and safe. The leasing office people are actually nice (which is rare lol). Every time I’ve had a question or needed something, they’ve gotten back to me fast and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them. We had a weird heating thing like right after I moved in, but maintenance showed up the same day, fixed it quick, and were super professional about it. No drama. I booked for a tour yesterday because I kinda like everything I see online but wanted to go in person to see and have the real feeling of a home, I get there 16min early for my tour which was at 10:30am today, no one was at the reception I waited for almost 40min and someone let me in the lobby and the office was closed I kept calling no one answered, I left and left a voicemail, i expect more professionalism and better communication at least, if there was an emergency or something come up in between at least a call or email would be great ,

My wife and I worked with Idel. He was so kind and insightful on the details of the property, as well as leasing options. Very patient as well. He definitely deserves a pay increase of double what he is currently making! We both love how clean and quiet the facility is. Great Location as well

We were one of the 1st to move in. If not the 1st. There have been growing pains due to brand new construction, but nothing too terrible and always handled quickly and efficiently!! The apts are beautifully appointed with many features that are overlooked from high-rises in downtown Bellevue. Like soft close cabinets and drawers throughout. Filtered water in the fridge vs outside door. Modern fixtures. Just to name a few. I feel more at home here than in my last 2 downtown high-rises. LW

Me and my partner toured this place and we are currently in the process of completing the application process. Our tour was amazing. I don't remember who showed us everything, but she was amazing. The building is beautiful and we're so excited to move in at the end of the month. 100% recommend touring. The application process is so smooth and even all my questions were answered. I also feel that for this being in bellevue, the price is amazing. The pictures online look exactly like the location in person.
