This company represents sellers who waste your time and money on inspections and appraisals just for the properties they are representing to fail city inspections. They're communication is horrible. I truly wish I could give them 0 stars. Seller was extremely horrible, agent wouldn't respond or get back to my agent when we'd request updates and they lied and said repairs were done when they weren't. They wanted me to sign documents saying these repairs were done when they weren't, which would've made me liable for said violations. Extremely unprofessional and now I have to look for a different home and REPAY more than $3K on fees again.

Amazing work from the team of Kamil and Joseph! They were able to assist my husband and me to view, offer, and purchase a home in exactly 1 month. We were first time homebuyers and always had our questions answered by them. Such a great team!!
