DaShanae made the whole experience moving in very quick and easy. She said we were her first ones to do by herself and I wouldn’t have even been able to tell. She was truly wonderful and I loved her energy. Always quick with getting back to us and even was able to help us get approved and our lease signed in a timely manner. Gave us lots of information and made the process very enjoyable.

I have had the most wonderful experience thanks to Ms. Chatman. I couldn’t have asked for a better point of contact. She explained the process throughly and help me navigate to my next chapter in life. A true Professional. I wish Google had a sixth star. She earned it. Thanks “Nae”!

I’ve had a great experience living here! The management ladies Toya, & Tammy are always professional, friendly, and attentive. They handle every question or concern with patience and efficiency, which really makes a difference. It’s clear they care about the residents and take pride in keeping the community running smoothly. Their professionalism sets this place apart — highly recommend to give this place a try.

This is a pretty nice community, with a clean swimming pool, big fitness room, fantastic club room. And the Novo crew are very friendly, and help me a lot when I move in! This is a really peaceful neighborhood! But here are still something need to improve, there are always some music noise, I could feel the wall of bedroom is shaking! And there are often strangers coming to the public area at night, who are not belonging here! They try have a part and unlock the entrance!

Don't waste your money. They will not send you your money back like they said they would. It's been over 3 months and im still waiting. No response from anyone. Very unprofessional. Im sure all the good reviews are from their friends/ family ai bots. Just sick to think they've done this to multiple people and think it's okay. Save your time and frustration. This is not the place you want to put your money towards. Sheldon and tammy you should be ashamed of yourself.
