Buyer Beware! This Co. is new & they treat buyers like trash. If you ask questions, they will get an attitude. The sales Mngr. Dale Lynn, likes to think he's helpful but he does not tell the truth and disappears whenever you try to get a straight answer about something. They market homes with garages but are not included in purchase of townhomes at Victoria Glen. READ THEIR CONTRACTS THOROUGHLY as they greatly benefit the seller/builder and huge liability for the buyers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Moved my family to Austin for a new job and didn't have a lot of time to deal with this crazy market. I wanted something nice, in a great community and at an affordable price. Worked with this team without any hassles or surprises, smooth process the entire time and found a home we love!

Delivered home 3 months late and took 0 responsiblity. Quality of the home is about the same as DIY. Worst experience and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
