Novo Gateway

I had a great experience speaking with Alexia at Novo Gateway Apartments. She was very friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She also reassured me about the concerns I had and explained everything clearly, which made me feel much more comfortable about the process. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. This is definitely a place I would want my family living at!

I had an amazing experience moving into Novo at Gateway, and a huge part of that is thanks to Nihusa. From start to finish, she was absolutely wonderful—professional, kind, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make the entire leasing and move-in process smooth and stress-free. The property itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and well cared for, which was clear from day one. Maintenance has also been incredibly efficient and fast—any request I’ve submitted has been handled promptly and thoroughly, which really shows how well this community is managed. I just want to say that the help and kindness I get from these hard working maintenance men is indescribable. Jayce especially helped me many times with my fiters. John is always around for anything you need. I see Kerwin constantly driving from building to building. The three of them are always busy and helping out residents. I think they are a great asset to your team. However, they have a lot to handle and I feel that they need another person to help... just ssyin

We just renewed! We wouldn't want to live anywhere else, staff is incredible! Nihusa, Alexis, Caroline go above and beyond for tenants. We are from NYC and very happy we made the choice to make this our home, again. Wouldn't have renewed if it weren't for staff, also community is clean and people that live here are respectful and courteous! Couldn't ask for more!

We had a tour of Novo yesterday and while we absolutely loved the place, Jim was incredible. That man needs a raise because his kindness and welcoming personality alone has put Novo Gateway at the top of our list during our search! Update: we moved in and have been here for 4 months now. We are really happy we chose Novo! All the residents have been extremely welcoming and kind. The place stays very clean and I definitely notice the hard work they put into keeping the landscape beautiful. All of the workers they send to do anything have also been incredibly kind! The office staff is always very helpful. So far we are loving our town home! Feels very luxurious!
