I have never had a more difficult experience trying to pay a bill. A simple bill. NEVER. I use bill pay at my bank. Almost all the bills are electronic. The homeowners use a paper check however, from the bank. OK. The bank states it will arrive in one week. Before Novele took over, there was not an issue. But Novele routes the check to a different state, uses some kind of "lock box". I have to call Every month 2 weeks after paying the bill at the bank. Yes the ladies in the office are nice. But that doesn't change the very frustrating experience of spending a lot of time and energy stressing over paying a bill! I finally took their advice just to make it easier and used the portal. I was forced to sign up and give my credit card to a Western Alliance bank. That payment went OK. However now
