NOVEL River Oaks by Crescent Communities

My experience at Novel River Oaks has been amazing. There has been a high standard of excellence since we moved here, and its been great to see them continue to live up to that. The community is nice, quiet, and peaceful. The concierge staff -- Junior, Francis, and Lyann are amazing! They are always helpful to provide whatever is needed. Maintenance has never taken too long to get to my requests. We are able to be apart of some great events, and meet even better neighbors. Excited to continue to amazing people at Novel

NOVEL was such a beautiful property to tour. I am especially thankful for Jean Paul — he was incredibly attentive and gave a very professional tour. He truly cares about current residents as well as future prospects, and the way he presented the community made it feel so warm and homey. You can tell he is genuinely passionate about the property. His tips, knowledge, and the way he showcased everything honestly made me want to move in right away. Thank you for such a great experience!

Absolutely the Best Apartment Complex in the Area! I’ve toured more than 12 apartment complexes in this area, and I can confidently say — The Novel is by far the best one. Don’t waste your time anywhere else; this is the place to be. What really stands out to me is how the management treats you. Everyone here — from the concierge to the leasing office, and even the maintenance team — is genuinely amazing. A special shout-out to David, who was super friendly and did an awesome job showing us around. His professionalism and warmth really set the tone for the entire community. The apartments themselves are modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. All the appliances and finishes feel brand new, and the attention to even the smallest details shows how much care goes into maintaining this

As the very first tenant of the Novel River Oaks in early 2022, I have watched Luz-Yvette assemble and manage a first-rate support team here at the building. She and her group are both very pleasant and efficient, events are put on with good taste and good planning, and things get handled very quickly here. 5 Stars.

Couldn’t Ask for a Better Place to Live! After checking out so many apartments around this area, I can honestly say The Novel stands out from the rest. From the moment I walked in, I could tell the staff truly care about their residents. Everyone — from the front desk team to maintenance — is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. David from the leasing team deserves special mention! He was incredibly welcoming and gave me one of the best tours I’ve ever had. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and that positive attitude really reflects the entire vibe of this community. The apartments themselves are beautiful — clean, new, and thoughtfully designed. You can see the quality in every corner, from the modern appliances to the sleek finishes. The amenities are just as
