Kildred Altoro has such professional and thorough knowledge of assistance with lease information and apartment expectations I am reassured of safety and comfort in a home I can afford close to my employment. I have absolutely no regrets signing this lease as opposed to other options that were available. Thank you.

I rarely take to Google Reviews to share my experiences, but I feel compelled to warn prospective tenants about the disorganization and lack of respect for applicants' time and resources at Nova Apartments. On December 9th, my fellow applicant Robert and I paid a non-negligible application fee of $75 each, looking forward to our scheduled viewings at both Nova Wood and Nova Glenn the following day. This anticipation quickly turned into a series of letdowns. Upon arriving punctually at 2 PM for the first viewing, I was abruptly informed that the appointment had to be postponed due to staff training, a change for which there was no prior notice. Respecting their schedule, I returned at the rescheduled time of 3 PM, only to be greeted not by a leasing agent, but by Mike, a maintenance staff

This is the absolute worst place I have ever lived, and I’ve been homeless. Took extensive photo and video at move in because condition was so poor—there is water damage, paint damage, crumbling aged wood, bugs, bad flooring, holes in the walls, etc. and that’s not even the worst part. At move in, my lease promised various things like a trash can or a mail key or a fee breakdown/schedule for charges, or a paper to return with apartment conditions. These were not provided and my correspondence was ignored. All of my correspondence has been completely ignored by the office. Still not even the worst part! I work the night shift, which means I sleep during the day. This complex allows nonstop solicitors to slam on the doors during the day, and the door must be attended to because who knows if

Wish I could give this place 0 Stars Here is my updated review! On Nova Wood Apartments This is by far the worst place I ever stayed at. I even hate to call this place home to be honest the manager crystal is overall horrible with a nasty attitude I try to avoid any communication with her because she will bring you out of character In a heartbeat. the whole apartment complex is trashy. Any complaints Or maintenance work you have will never be followed up unless you keep calling it’s gotten so bad the maintenance manager told me to knock on his door if I have any issues regarding my home. I feel like I shouldn’t have to walk to your doorstep to have a complaint resolved! So Unprofessional… when I first moved in I was paying $1,078 now 2 years later I am paying $1,200 for a small dump!! Rent
