I overall had a very positive experience living at Nova West Apartments. The management team was consistently friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. Rori in particular always greeted residents with a warm smile and upbeat attitude, which made the environment feel very welcoming. She was knowledgeable during my apartment tour, and the management team was also very accommodating when I needed to move out early due to a job change. They were also pretty responsive when issues came up. For example, when cigarette odors from a neighboring unit began seeping into my apartment, management responded quickly and offered solutions to help mitigate the situation. Nova West is one of the worst apartment complexes I have lived in and is nowhere near worth the rent being charged. If you are looking for a well-maintained, secure, and professionally managed property, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Promised amenities and even basic common areas such as hallways are consistently dirty and poorly maintained. The pool was rarely cleaned throughout the summer and, on multiple occasions, appeared green. Although this is a newer complex, these issues persisted for over six months with no improvement, indicating a lack of management oversight. My daughter lives at Nova West while attending college, and our experience has been deeply disappointing. We are now seriously considering paying whatever early termination fees there are just to get her out, we are so dissatisfied. One of the main reasons we chose Nova West was the advertised security features. Unfortunately, the security system that is supposed to control building access has failed for the majority of her stay. As a father, it is incredibly frustrating to intentionally pay higher rent for “secure” housing, only to find that it is less secure than neighboring complexes that charge significantly less. I've have truly hated living at Nova West. Management is garbage and running this complex straight into the ground. I've had so many issues, and the manger doesn't care whatsoever, Rey is rude and unresponsive when you ask for help. Don't waste your money, go elsewhere.

Move in was easy and the staff and property management was super helpful and communicative. So far I am enjoying my new apartment to the fullest. The location is perfect, the units are quiet, and the property is clean and welcoming.
