Very very very slow . Do not recommend. Started our home a year ago and we still don’t even have trusses on a year into a build, but they have been laying on the ground being soaked for half a year now. And they still can’t give a date when they would be installed. Keep getting excuses why it is taking so long to even get to this stage. Talking to many other builders we met in area they all said at this speed nova will take another year at least to finish the house, and they are in shock that this is where we are at a year later. When we asked Nova many times for approximate end date , which every builder has, they say they do not provide any and do not have any. That should tell you a lot right there about Nova. We recently, "finally", had our beautiful home finished by Nova homes. I say finally because it took a while, but it was worth the wait. It wasn't Nova's fault it took so long, just the time we were going through during construction. The house is done and we are extremely happy. From Frank the owner to Geo who helped a lot, Eric who we worked on getting started with to Dan who was the project manager and Dan was AWESOME!. Nova is very easy to work with and they are very accommodating. If you are looking to have a home built in the Naples, Marco Island area, I highly recommend Nova Homes!

Nova is the absolute worst builder I’ve ever encountered. The stress we’ve experienced was beyond intense and insane. Brand new home and my roof is leaking and they tell me I’m passed my warranty. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to build your home. They truly are the worst. Oh and wait and see how long it takes to build. They told me (like they tell everyone) 12 to 14 months. Took 25 months and 12 days. I know people waiting longer 😡
