Nova Central Apartments

Excellent customer services from Erica! She helped me clarify many questions I had regarding the rent application process. Erica really went above and beyond, I would give her 6 stars if I could. My apartment is very comfortable, spacious and all the building areas are clean. I really enjoying my new home. Thank You Erica and Nova Central Management!

Great place to live. Leasing Staff is great. Kayla and Erica. We take pride in our community here and love the quaint features, walkable neighborhood and collegiate/ family friendly.

I just moved in not long ago and the team here has been nothing but helpful. I noticed some small things when I went into the new place that, as usual when moving, needed some fixing - the maintenance team was here the next day and the following days after to make sure everything was fixed. Erica, Samantha and Kayla in the office are amazing and very supportive through the entire process from application to initial move in and way beyond that. Other than the people, the area is quiet anf peaceful - my neighbors are all great and the location is insanely ideal with Ross, Trader Joe’s, Costco, Whole Foods, etc. all less than 4 minutes away. I’m happy Nova Central is my first apartment, wouldn’t change a thing!

Erika, kayla and Samantha are an incredible energy and integral loving space for this community. They sure do take care of you during the move in process. My daughter just moved in and they have been there for her in ways im so grateful to know. I am living here temporarily with her and i can wait to experience a bit of a longer term stay and start enjoying the great amenities this place has to offer. The place is spacious, especially the rooms and maintenance is truly on their game. They were so sweet they even ordered different coffees for me in the office. This place is awesome! Rose D :)

Second review: This place deserves zero stars. The office staff is incredibly rude, the sprinklers damaged my car, the plumbing constantly clogs for no reason, and the toilets come loose from the floor due to backyard remodeling. It’s a complete disaster. I know they’ll respond with the typical, “Please contact the office so we can fix this,” but that’s nonsense. They hired a lawyer just to make it difficult for me to get reimbursed for the damage to my car. They suggested I try detailing, but that didn’t work. They said they would pay for repairs if detailing failed but now have their lawyer making up excuses as to why they won’t pay. My headlight alone costs $4,800 from BMW—why should I be responsible for that? They’re just trying to avoid taking responsibility again. And be prepared br
