A customer service representative by the name of Princess assisted me. I had been unaware that our homeowners association was no longer being managed by VIS/Morris Management. She was quite helpful assisting me getting back on auto pay which I’d been doing with the previous management company.

I had asked for removal of a finance charge on my HOA dues in January that I felt was improperly applied. After another issue about holiday decorations arose I again asked for relief of the finance charge. It was granted today and I am satisfied with the outcome and how your representative handled it. Thank you.
