Nova 1400 Apartments

It was a fantastic experience working with Myriah at Nova 1400. When Myriah came on broad, she is incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. NIGHTMARE COMPLEX: I moved in at the end of August 2024. Before I signed my papers, I read a review regarding the apartment they were trying to move me into. It said that those apartments had flooded with the last storm. I brought it up to Brad who assured me that no flooding was inside of the apartments and no total losses. Sure, enough, 2 months later Milton hit, and I had a foot of water inside of my apartment, lost my car and was flooded inside of the complex for two days. Unless you had a big truck of course. They were kind enough to get me into an apartment. But I was still required to pay all of the rent, had to sign a new lease putting me here 2 months longer. I personally like that the staff does it bother you and takes the time out to send out community emails. The new people at the front office are extremely friendly and helpful. The maintenance man usually come between two days and a week to fix any kind of problem. I have already recommended Nova 1400 for those I know who are looking for a place to live. Now that we got the good stuff out of the way, I would like to bring up the rising rents of our units. Unless a unit has been completely revamped, the rent should not increase. Have been here for almost 2 years and my rent has increased twice. I have had very few maintenance issues, I’m never light on my rent, and I don’t complain to the office about anything. I recently toured Nova 1400 and was very impressed with the property and team. The property was very clean and well maintained with beautiful landscaping. I like that it is a gated community to protect its renters. I toured with Lacey and she was very welcoming, friendly and professional. From the time I stepped into the office she greeted me and made sure that all of my questions were answered. I also want to say that Brad was also a great help! The units are very spacious and newly modeled with nice flooring, new kitchen appliances and nice backsplash. Overall I had a great experience visiting and would highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a place to live.

The exterior light in the front of my unit was loaded with debris and filthy to the point the light was almost completely useless. I was unable to see the key 🔑 hole for the front door at night. It has been since replaced and it nice and bright out front and cab see very well at night. Thank you. Thomas
