The team at Nottingham Realty & Rentals always picks up the phone and was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay, from clear communication to helpful local tips. It is my understanding they are local to the area and have great knowledge and experience when it comes to vacation rentals in Northeast Florida. Their attention to detail and customer service made our experience stress-free and memorable. Highly recommend if you're looking for a top-notch beach getaway!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful beachside condo. The 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds, and two bathrooms were ideal for our family of four. The living room is more than spacious and can easily accommodate an extra couple of sleepers though. The condo had all the amenities we needed to cook in after a day in the sun but is perfectly located to walk to several local restaurants. We had a lot of fun adventuring out to local eats, and the location is so close to various shopping centers and easy day excursions, like Jacksonville, St. Augustine, or the Talbot islands. I rented a condo by the beach for my family several months ago. I paid a pet deposit, and was sent pictures showing a large bleached area where I had "cleaned pet urine, etc." I left this condo cleaner than when I arrived, washing all dishes and laundry, mopped the floors and vacuumed all areas. I would never use bleach on carpet for ANY stain. I thoroughly enjoyed this condo and it was the second time that I rented from Nottingham. I asked repeatedly and kindly for my deposit, only to be told that they had to "ask the company from where I purchased the insurance if they covered this damage.". Months have gone by, and I cannot even get a response. I am very disappointed that they wrongfully accused me of being dumb enough to bleach carpet, and of failing to communicate repeatedly. Beware renting through Nottingham. We rented a house on the beach for a week during Christmas. Imagine my absolute disgust when I was searching for towels in the bathroom that was to be shared by my children to discover a bag of used adult Depends under the vanity. The stink had permeated the towels that were there, and we couldn't even leave the vanity door open to air it out, the stench was so bad. The listing stated that a coffee maker was available. There was a Keurig, with a used pod left in it, but no coffee maker. The can opener looked like it had never been cleaned and was a good candidate for passing on tetanus. If you are booking a vacation rental that is represented by this company and the owner Susan Nottingham, I encourage to look elsewhere. You may have been baited by what seemed like a good deal on a vacation rental. Then come the fees and they keep coming even days after you leave. Charges appearing on your card with zero explanation of the charges. One of the fees you’re charged is a cleaning fee, however you’re also expected to thoroughly clean before you leave. Susan tells you that you don’t and it’s mainly for renters that don’t pick up after themselves at all. We cleaned this unit thoroughly before departure and were out abt 15 minutes past checkout time. I received 3 phone calls and 2 text messages during this time from Susan stating we should already be out and we were holding up the
