Nottingham Pine Luxury Apartments

I lived at Nottingham Pine Luxury Apartments for five years and experienced four different ownership/management changes during that time. Unfortunately, the last ownership group and property management team were by far the worst. We moved out in October 2025. Despite being long-term tenants who never paid late and never caused issues, management kept our move-out fees and security deposit. Then in January 2026, we discovered they placed a collection account on our credit for November 2025 — after we had already moved out. When I contacted the property manager (Idalio), I was told vague explanations about residents leaving and internal transitions, and I was promised a callback from (Idalio) to resolve the issue. Mom and I were in the search for apartments until we stumbled upon Nottingham apartment complex. I fell in love with the complex and the leasing office the way they showed us the model and the way Stephanie assisted us in detail was very understanding and what we were looking for I could say hands-down the best place I’ve ever lived and she is amazing. As soon as you walk into the leasing office, she greets you with an amazing vibrant energy, and she listens to what you’re looking for and she delivers. Stephanie is an amazing person you tell her what you’re looking for and she gives it to you in detail and she listens to your details and your needs.

I moved from 4th floor old apt to and old things to 2nd floor and fully remodeled and so far love it! Best decision I made for this apt! Brightness and a washer dryer combo also! ❤️ I did not believe at first as to how this new Property Management was going to be. So much has changed within 2 months! Out side color are better than before on the building and windows and doors! I added the people who made things easy for me when something went wrong, they came quickly fixed it and even the water from sinks are clear!! Next I hope they do the ac vents as they need it bad! Great people and friendly! Stop by for a Tour and you will see the difference being made and tje Smiles on their faces making you feel at home without worries! 👊💛

Our 2nd year here, first in 1/1.5 apartment and then upgraded to a 2/2 with no complications. Tatiana and Maxim are great leasing officers, always there when we needed them. We use the gym almost every day, the pool is a very peaceful place to be too, and we have an amazing lake view. Excellent location, near to everything you can need. Really happy with our choice.

The new management company, Sharp Mgmt, has exceeded my expectations, and specifically the new property manager, Idalio Rivero. He has really done a lot to improve the overall location and is just a nice person to deal with. I've lived here for a few years under the previous management company and they left a lot to be desired. But now with Idalio, any issue I have he addresses like right away he doesn't wait around or say he will get to it, he takes decisive action right away. Also he attends the community events and is there for the residents. I have been very impressed and wanted to put this out here because it is night and day different, for the better, from what it used to be with the old property management company and manager.
