Notting Hill Sawtelle

Very unfortunate I have to give a one star, but when I found out my keys worked for the same apartment above me, I was disappointed because that should never happen. Additionally, we had multiple packages stolen and ran into the offender who had been camping out in the back stairwell. When I was moving out, the elevator conveniently broke down and was not repaired until the day after once I had moved everything out. I had food in the fridge I was going to collect that day since the new tenant was not moving in until 4 days after, but all my food was already thrown out by then. Disrespectful management, would not recommend any of their complexes on this street.

I've lived here for over 4 years and I like it quite a lot! There were two main features I was looking for in an apartment in this area, which were central AC and in-unit washer/dryer and after looking around, this complex was among the most affordable ones. The location is great - it's by grocery stores, not too far from public transit, and has a plethora of great restaurants close by! The streets feel safe and I can get by without owning a car, which is a rarity in LA. The management of this property is nice and responsive. I have yet to encounter an issue that they weren't willing to address and they actually offered a complimentary deep cleaning service 4 years in! I'm fairly confident that if I have concerns, they will listen and do their best to accommodate. Of course, no property

I lived here for 2 years (2021-2023). My overall experience is above average. Property - 4/5 The property is good. It's brand new with modern design. It's located in very good neighbor. The amenities are good. It has common area on the 1st floor and on the roof. It has a bicycle room. It has electric vehicle chargers. I rated 4/5 because it does not have a gym. In fact, everything listed in their website is accurate. You know what to expect. Management - 4/5 Compare to other managements I have been experienced with, this one is quite fair and reasonable. While many managements can't wait to rip you off, this one is reasonable on money issues. If you believe you have good reasons to ask for refund on something, they listen to you. They also response to serious maintenance issues in time

I have been live here for 2 years now. It is small apartment complex and somewhat considered to be newly built apartment in sawtelle. No amenities is big drawback and no secure place for your packages which you will be responsible if your package is been stolen. I have experienced multiple times that many of residents packages has been stolen here and I don’t see any extra protocols has been placed from the management to avoid further incident. Have experienced 2 storage break-in and gotten stolen valuable stuffs. Use storage room for your own risk. Management is not going to be responsible for your loss. I feel this building is unsafe and unsecured. Also, Having just one elevator is extremely slow. Sometimes taking forever to getting into elevator. I am glad that now my lease is up and mo

I highly don’t recommend this place if you’re dog lover. This place is pet friendly but this management company doesn’t know about pets. I just took care of my friend’s dog for couple times and they complain to me. Because the dog barked. It was not late night. Always during the day. And once the manager saw the dog, “oh no I’m so scared “. The dog is very friendly and smart. So this person doesn’t know about dogs. It was so sad and no way for me. So please think about it if you want to move here. Don’t waist your energy and feel bad.
