Notch 8 Apartments

We moved in the beginning of December for military purposes (12/15 mins from base, honestly not that far and affordable) all the way from Florida, everyone from the office helped us so much and made the application process so much easier for us. When we got here we were provided such a warm welcome. Being here for a few months we had some maintenance done, and I can say Mr. Francisco is one of most kindest people here, (everyone here is amazing), he works quick and always fixes anything you need. He works with you and gets the job done asap. I never have to wait for a long time after inputing a maintenance request. I can say living here is pretty great, the gym has the necessities and there is a nice area to relax and chill.

Nicole from the office is the sweetest! She’s very helpful and was so nice at our appointment For us to move in. We really appreciate her!

Me and my boyfriend scheduled a tour online for a 1 bedroom. I took off work and so did my boyfriend. We drove all the way there, and walked into the leasing office and were not acknowledged upon arrival. When the woman at the front desk finally asked us how she could help, we told her we had a tour scheduled, only for her to tell us they had no 1 bedrooms available and no leasing agent available to provide a tour. When we told her we scheduled online and saw 1 bedroom available, she condescendingly said “well what we have online and what we have here are two completely different things.” How would we know that??? Your website should reflect availability, and it would’ve been nice to receive a phone call before hand to tell us not to come if no units are available. It just was really off p

I’ve lived here for a year! & honestly really nice apartments. Yes the location isn’t ideal but it’s not the worst. Pretty quiet, neighbors are nice. Staff is fantastic, the new office manager is great. & the Maintenace guy Francisco is SO sweet!
