Keith and his crew did an outstanding job auctioning my father's estate. It was hard to see all his stuff go in one day but certainly was a blessing for my mother. He exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend his services.

I attended a Norville auction recently, bid and won many items. Upon picking up my things, one item could not be found in the impound area so I was reimbursed for that. Apparently it was misplaced into another lot and taken inadvertently by another bidder. Later I was contacted by phone and informed that they had tracked down and found the items. I was asked if I still wanted them and they could meet or ship them which I chose. I know they could have taken the item to the next auction and sold it to get reimbursed from paying the seller but he went through the trouble to get me what I wanted. This auction is ran honestly and fair and I can not say enough of how impressed I am of their integrity.

Been waiting almost 2 weeks ony check from items I sold.... stood in line hour 30 minutes to pay no sell fee at the auction in ellenboro...never again
