grew up in one of these HOA’s as a child. We were harassed and fined thousands of dollars for grass growing too long in an area that wasn’t our property. In fact, it was behind the fence surrounded by other fenced in backyards. Yet we were the only ones getting fined. They would stalk our house and take photos as well as call us repeatedly after work hours demanding money. if you have the option: NEVER sign up to live on ANY of their properties! EDIT: They’re replying with lies to cover their asses. They 100% did this. YEARS of my childhood watching people show up and make threats at me and my family over uncut grass that again: wasn’t on our property!! It was completely out of our property zone. YES i have hundreds of letters proving this as well as the threatening photos. WITH YOUR LOGO

Extremely hard to work with. They do everything to charge you fees without giving enough time to clear the violation. Also, very very slow response and rude attitude. The lady Karen Clark was the most difficult person I've met while working with HOA management companies. She requested me to send additional documents and pay extra fees that are not required by CC&R. If I argue, she stops responding. Very ridiculous! Don't use them!!

Would give 0 stars if option but just wanted to let them know I’m not paying any parking fine

Not going by the HOA rules for only two cars per household. Cars parking in the fire lanes marked no parking. Not being towed as letters sent out mentioning they would be towed. Not caring about Chicopee Crossing Community. Letting it get ruined down.

I have read the negative reviews and I have to say that I have not had that same experience what so ever. They have been right on the money for me. I recommend them to anyone looking for help managing their community. Based on my personal experience with them I believe they deserve a 5 star rating.
