This Management company has proven to be solid and caring when it comes to taking care of their residents. I reached out to Maddie Carter who is the Regional Property Manager for my building about an issue I was having. She responded quickly, and gave me an accommodating, and empathetic solution that fixed my issue on site right away. It’s not everyday that you come across people who not only care, but provide fast, and efficient solutions. I’m very have to call a Northwood Ravin building my home. Thank you, Maddie! :-)

Do NOT Rent Here – Complete Lack of Care or Accountability If you're considering this (Providence Row) complex for a "luxury living experience," don’t waste your time or money. At over $3,000 a month, I expected professionalism and prompt solutions, but instead, I’ve been stuck living in a nightmare. For the past two weeks, we’ve been finding worms in our apartment every single day. When I reported the issue, management’s first response was to send pest control. To be fair- someone did come out to spray the apartment twice now but the pest control team outright told me their treatment would not stop the worms from getting in—it would only kill them inside my home. The task when working with Northwood Ravin with new developments or a refresh as I am currently working on with Emmie Griffin and Jason Aston at the Residences at Capitol View in Nashville, TN is to design a well-appointed fitness amenity that would raise the bar on anything being offered in the luxury apartment offerings in the given area. Because of the generous space & budget they are willing to allocate to these projects, I am able to achieve a well-rounded and truly state-of-the-art fitness experience for them and their residences!

If your goal is to get a place for enough sleep, do not choose Chapel Hill North Apartments! Beware of the management! They may seem warm at first, but they are completely different after you officially become a resident! I have been living here for years, and I'm happy that I will finally move next month. I have been troubled with noise issues during these years. 1) I first lived on the second floor. The window and the ceiling always produce noises of cracking. Despite that I have complained several times, no one treated me seriously until I left a one-star comment on Google Map. 2) I moved to the top floor later. Recently, they are replacing the roof. Every morning, I am woken up by the noise of someone walking on the cracking roof AT 7 AM! I email the leasing office several times. They
