Northwood Place Apartments

I had lived at the apartment complex for 4 years. The biggest benefit of living there are the management team. Aleah and Collin are the best and utmost professional!! I was in need of a place ASAP and they made it happen! Im truly grateful for their help getting me a place in a timely manner. Any issues were handled quickly and without any problems. I typically don't review local places however I will make an exception especially regarding my living situation because it was such a nice place to live. It is tucked away from the main street and if you didn't look for it you would drive right by (which i liked). I always felt safe and the grounds are well lit at night. I love these apartments! Great location. Walking distance to 2 parks. Aleah, the apartment manager, is great! She's always friendly, and if there's an issue, she gets to it right away. The only downside is I am not a smoker, and when neighbors smoke on their balconies or right outside next to the apartment, the second-hand smoke comes in the windows. Even if I close my windows and sliding door, the smoke still gets in because the windows and sliding doors are old, so it seeps in anyway. It's definitely not good when you have a baby or any other children. It is very unpleasant to have to smell all the time. Other than smoking, I love these apartments and hope to stay here a long time. Hopefully, they will someday have a smoking policy so non smokers with kids do not have to breathe in the

These are great apartments in a great area. The new office staff is always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. The complex is kept clean every day and parking has surveillance cameras. It’s quiet and peaceful, the gym is rarely crowded and the pool area is always clean. I have lived here since 2015 with my family and could not feel safer anywhere else

I have lived here for 4 years now and working on my 5th year. I have had 3 landlord managers since I’ve been moved in. I must say by far Sarah the manager and her husband William have been the best managers thus far. They have made this community safer and closer together with their upgrades and dedication to turn this place around. There strive to make our community better has been more than noticed. Been living here for over a year now and I am beyond satisfied with my stay. Sarah and William are very communicative and are wonderful owners as well. There have been a lot of new upgrades within the complex because they’re on top of everything to make this place feel like home. It’s a really safe and convenient area to live in because everything is so close too. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
