Moved in 8/16 . Patty is awesome as is Joy! We also met James the maintenance man. Great community vibes , we feel at home.

Its really changed in the past two year or so since I have lived there. Prices are going way up for a pretty low quality of living, and the customer service with the new company( hgliving) is non existent, and problematic. Patti and James are wonderful people and try thier best to help, but since it was bought by a corprate company HG living, its lacking in many areas otherwise. 1st off know that it was and has been a safe place to live considering its in belleview. For me anyway when I lived here. I never had any issues or feeling uncomfortable as a single women living there. Its a great starter apt for someone of low income by themselves or a college student. The only previous complaint I had when I lived there was not having central AC. Its quite warm in the summer with just a window

They take almost $150 from you and you don't get it back even if you are declined. That's bs. I mean keep the $45 for the background and credit check but I shouldn't lose 100 of it for a holding fee on something I couldn't get into. And this was literally in a 24 hour period.

Guys do they do hard or soft credit check my credit 550 and my income 40,000?? im try to talk to ppl that actually live at the facilities not property managment that how you really learn about these apartment places any feeback from you guys helps me

I have been trying to reach somebody to speak to this whole week and no one answers the phone or return email. Even stopped by and no one is there. Want information about rent and availability.
