Northwood Apartments

I’ve been living at Northwood Apartments for 4 years now. The move-in process was very smooth, and management made it easy to get approved and settled in. From the start, they were helpful and supportive, which made the transition stress-free. Anytime I had an issue or concern, management was understanding and worked with me to resolve it. Overall, my experience here has been positive, and I appreciate the way the staff has treated me throughout my time living here.

I've lived in Northwood about 7 years. I enjoy living here. Good location. Premises is well kept. My building is very quiet. As well as the neighborhood in general. Staff alwàys greet me with a friendly smile. I have no problem with the staff answering my questions. Or attending to any issues or maintenance issues. They respond right away. And the issue gets taken care of. Our maintenance man is a hard worker. He is dedicated in getting the job done. As I look around the area. If there are complaints of what some complain about. They need to take some responsible of self. If they say the grounds has trash. It's because some parents send small children to take out the trash. And they throw it on the grounds. Causing maintenance and staff to go behind to pick it up. I help maintain my living

My neighbors are super super friendly, and it's a pretty quiet place. I like that water is included, and it is in a perfect location. Since the apartment I now live in burned, it is extremely nice and spacious. I am overall glad I chose this place to stay.

Management is always friendly and helpful. They do their best to handle situations presented to them. They take the time to listen to complaints and address them accordingly. They're also quick to give out updates on things occurring in the complex, especially if the issues poses a threat to tenant safety. Any negative reviews about this complex are most likely from entitled tenants or guests that did not get their way. Unlike most complexes in Columbus, Northwood's rent prices are pretty reasonable.

They've always been good to us and we enjoy living here. Needs some updating but all in all a great place to live. Good location and safe!
