My family and I visited this property recently and were amazed by the curb appeal. We entered the leasing office and the staff were very pleasant! Jessica (the property Manager) was very attentive, accommodating and provided us with great customer service by answering all of our questions. Even if this property is not of our final choice I recommend anyone to live here solely based on the property and office staff!

I just finished a tour of Northwood Apartment and I am blown away. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, the energy was just different. Jessica Gates was incredibly welcoming, professional, and took the time to answer every single one of my hyper-specific questions without making me feel rushed. The grounds are immaculate, the layout of the 2-bedroom is so thoughtful, and the natural light is a total game-changer. I’ve viewed a lot of places lately, but this is the first one that truly felt like home. Can't wait to move in!"

I would like to say Shay is doing an excellent job. She answered all my questions and was patient as we tried to find a place for our college daughter. Keep giving us great customer service, Shay. You are truly a blessing!

Quiet and nice complex. The maintenance can be a little slow. But maybe they’re doing their best. The staff is friendly. Also, they now have started charging more money for what they call “concierge “ trash service. It’s mandatory and cannot be opted out. So, Instead of us taking our own trash to the dumpster as we have for years, they now charge us an extra monthly fee and we leave our garbage outside our apartment doors. Not only does it stink under those breezeways, because no one ever washes them now that literal garbage cans are sitting outside every door. To add insult to injury, now when I come in most evenings I now see raccoons on the breezeway! It’s frightening and beyond ridiculous!

I had a great experience with Jessica she was very patient, professional, and always quick to respond whenever we had questions or concerns. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated how kind and understanding she was throughout. It is not easy to find someone who truly cares about their residents, but she definitely does. Highly recommend!
