I am writing to acknowledge and thank Julie Gillespie for the kindness and patience she showed us throughout the sale of our home. Julie made the sales documentation process easy to understand and never rushed us. She always took the time to fully answer all of our questions in clear, understandable terms. We truly appreciate Julie’s professionalism, thoughtfulness, and genuine kindness.

Closing was at 1pm and a large wire transfer to us was not completed until 11am the next day! Wire transfers take minutes to complete not 22 hours. We were told by Julie Gillespie that this was an issue with US Bank clearing their wire transfers and we were told it should be cleared up that afternoon. However it wasn’t until the next morning that the wire transfer went through. I understand this issue was out of the control of Northwest title however Julie Gillespie, the closing agent, assured me and my wife and our realtor that she would push our wire transfer through as quickly as possible and promised to keep us posted and let us know immediately when the wire transfer was actually sent through, which she never did. Amy and the team at Northwest were very easy to work with. We had an ever-changing situation and they remained, responsive, flexible and professional the entire time. It would have been very easy (and understandable) to allow frustrations to show, but they eased us through the entire process. Cannot recommend highly enough.
