I like my apartment and management is nice, which I would give a higher rating for that, but there is an ongoing issue which is the reason to why I give only 1 star. The apartment complex is supposed to be a non-smoking property, but people still continue to smoke on the property, as well as in their apartment, which continually gets into my apartment, even heavily at times as if they were in my apartment smoking. They not only smoke cigarettes but marijuana, and who knows what else. This problem is basically on a daily basis at all hours. It comes through the bathroom, as well as other areas of my apartment, but all from the one side of my apartment. I'm a non-smoker, and that was one of my priorities that it was a non-smoking property. Living in a low income/affordable housing shouldn't

This Company owns many low income property's in Montana. There is one property Sage Towers that is a low income hud property for the elderly and disabled. It has been infested with Bed bugs and cock roaches for well over a year. Nothing has been done and now care givers won't go in the building. Sparring has been the bandaid applied. This needs serious Attention by professional pest control. The most efficient way to truly kill the bugs is heat treatment. Our Seniors and disabled Americans do not deserve to live in this kind of place and be biten every day not to mention the health and mental issues. Please do the right thing and truly fix this property.

Ladonna at Tradewinds is unhelpful and rude. I have been there several times and she is always the same brand of moody, lazy and incompetent. I dont enjoy being treated poorly when I am contracted to do work for someone.

No matter how desperate you are for housing DO NOT rent from this company!!! I have lived here for five years. Seen four managers come and go. The most recent was the worst. Its supposed to be based on income, well last April I was Diagnosed with Giant Cell Arteritis that has attacked my heart. I now have conjestive heart failure 💔 with a function of 40 percent. Brittany whom was manager at the time estimated money that I was not receiving. She was aware I was no longer able to work.. she kept racking up a monthly amount. I have documentation that she wrote she was going to fix this. She NEVER DID. Now she has evicted me and my daughter. I had no past due rent. She stated it was simply because I did not sign a form for verification of income. She had verified this 2 months prior. I l

Ochoco Manor in Prineville has been out of electrical code for 4yrs, plus the building has black mold and asbestos. The owner told management to throw away safety reports after a recent electrical fire.
