Northwest Management Exclusive took 9 days to tell me that I sent my email message to the wrong address. I don’t know why one of the handful of people who work there couldn’t have forwarded it themselves, but whatever. It’s now been 14 more days (and counting) that I’ve been waiting for a reply to my original question after I forwarded it. This incident is fairly typical of NME’s overall performance since they took over my HOA’s management … which started, by the way, with the association manager no-showing at a meet and greet with residents the HOA board scheduled for her. 🙄

I have been trying for 3 weeks to get Leslie to take 1-2 minutes of her time to write me an email of what she needed to get my situation resolved. She has refused to answer phone calls, return messages or send a single email. After 3 weeks she left me no choice but to find a property management company that could do what I needed done. I went with Julie at Personal Property Management. She has been extremely response and knowledgeable and helped facilitate the whole process immediately and their ratings are double the ratings of Northwest. This company manages our Homeowners Association and is just awful. They sent us a letter for having our RV at our house ONE day before a Holiday weekend. We have a storage unit for our RV and keep it there except for when we are using it and need to bring it home before a trip to clean it and stock it. The office is also rude and indifferent when you call them.

I strongly urge anyone not to trust this company with your property, they are an absolute nightmare to work with. The owner Leslie is professional and nice to your face, but that is out the door after you sign a contract and leave. Hiring them to rent out my house has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Month after month, I had to carefully review everything, as they were awful in accounting and communicating, and didn't execute things as we had agreed upon. They did not follow through with their duties after tenants destroyed my property, and refused to answer my phone calls and emails, leaving me with $8,000 in damages. They knowingly allowed people to live at the home that weren't the people that signed the lease (7 people in a 1000 sq ft home). The only reason I didn't sue

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. LESLIE does not care to answer phone calls, emails or messages. She will just sit there and call you a liar if you tell her you have tried to reach out. My mom owns a home on property that is rented out by NW Management, LESLIE, refuses to actually do her job, and instead tells us that she will no longer answer the phones to our numbers, if she sees us trying to come into the office to complain she said she will lock us out. My mom's driveway is blocked by a broken down unregistered car on the property that NW Management rents to her, and we have called them every day and been blown off or laughed at by LESLIE.
