Tony inspected the house I purchased in October. During the inspection, he pointed out several minor issues but completely missed a major plumbing problem that I have been dealing with since the day I moved in. Had I known about this issue beforehand, I would not have purchased the house. Because of the ongoing problem, I had a second inspection done.They were able to identify the plumbing issue that was unfortunately missed during the first inspection and helped point me in the direction of beginning to resolve it. Based on my experience, I feel the first inspection did not adequately protect our interests as homebuyers.

I was in a rush to find an inspector last minute. Fortunately I crossed paths with Tony and he provided excellent customer service through the phone and was able to get me scheduled within 24 hours. He arrived early and jumped right into the job. Throughout the entire inspection he answered all my questions and exceeded my expectations. It was very obvious he knew what he was talking about by the way he explained the repairs/damage. Very friendly guy with a great sense of humor and made the overall experience absolutely wonderful!
