Northview Heights Apartments

Office staff is nice. Maintenance responds quickly. Onsite playground, picnic area and pool. Laundry facilities onsite but dryers don’t work well. No privacy but that is just a normal part of living in an apartment building. Not bad if you need something budget friendly.

After looking online at the website that they have listed and I was very impressed with what they had listed. Now I can understand pictures and the actual place itself can be a little different. When I arrived at the complexes I was shown four different layouts.. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The rooms were small and extremely outdated, and the one that I was shown that was "Updated" just had vinyl flooring and a fresh coat of paint on the kitchen cabinets. the lobby and hallways were filthy.. Im very disappointed to say the least.. Although I wasn't impressed I would just like the address that the office staff were very friendly and personable..

I have lived with Northview Heights since 2019. I lived at their apartments and for the last two years, I lived in their townhouse. Their entire team is a team of wonderful and dedicated people. Emily is great and is always so communicative with her tenants. Their prices were always good and fair and even when they would have to adjust each year, it was always a fair and understandable increase. This past year has been very rocky for me as I have had many different life changes and they were always understanding and even let me go on a month-to-month basis, which helped me out a lot. Their maintenance team is incredible too. Phil is wonderful! I would highly recommend people to rent with them. They are fabulous and when I lived at the apartments, the pool and gym were such nice amenities.

I have been a tenant at this complex for almost 2 years now, and I absolutely cannot say enough about NorthView Heights. Emily in the front office, along with the administrative team, allowed for a seamless, move in and transition into my unit, the maintenance department responds to any concerns that I had in an exceptionally timely manner, neighbors are friendly, quiet, and we look out for each other, as I lived at this apartment complex during snow-Mageddon of 2024. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The pool is amazing in the summer and the amenities are adequate. Definitely planning on staying until ready to relocate out of town.

This is my third year living here. What can I say but how grateful that I am that I found this place! I moved from Florida a few years ago and Emily helped me walk through the whole process from there and since then I have been living here. Emily is fantastic! She truly goes beyond and cares so much for the tenants. When issues have come up, they have gotten addressed. Phil and Charles in maintenance are always willing to help fix anything you need and are beyond kind! Literally you put in a ticket and usually within the same day it’s fixed! How awesome considering I’m a single mom who doesn’t know how to fix much lol 😂 They recently were bought by a new management company and put a gym in which I love to go to and in the summer there is a pool and playground for the kids.
