Northview Apartments

I have lived here for over 5 years and absolutley love Northview. The property is wonderful and the staff is even better. We have never had any issues. It is clean confortable and well kept with multiple week garbage pickups and routine greenskeepers. Everyone here has always been incredibly friendly

My family has lived here since August and we really enjoy being at this location. Our apartment is spacious and it has a great view into the woods from the back porch. Jason and Stephanie work really hard at the office to get any concerns resolved quickly.

Larry is amazing! Always gets the maintenance requests taken care of quickly!! Area is safe, grounds are well kept and lots of shopping and restaurants close by!

Okay; so I’ve lived here for over 9 years! The complex is in a safe and quiet community. I adore the green space and its upkeep surrounding the complex👍. Access to the pool is great in the spring and summer, as well as workout room all year around. The two bedroom apartments are spacious enough for my husband and I. The location is superb 😊 Walking distance to Nora , near the Monon trail and close distance to Fashion Mall , BroadRipple or Carmel. I highly would suggest this apartment 🩷

Lived here for 2 years but have rented from this property company for a total of 5 years. This is a great, safe location with tons of options for shopping, food, and exercising within walking distance. You are in the heart of Nora right near the Monon trail. Victor the leasing agent was very personable, professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Larry the maintenance guy is also super friendly, helpful, and responsive! They took great care of me and I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone! I lived in a one bed/one bath on the first floor and enjoyed my neighbors, the pool is AWESOME, and they have great monthly/quarterly events where you can get to know and have fun with the employees and other renters.
