Happy to stay here. The leasing office staff takes much care of the residents. Any issues reported are addressed quickly and resolved. Recommend for apartment seekers in Columbia.

The staff at Northstone Apartments are extremely competent and very friendly. I would certainly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a clean and safe place to stay.

I really enjoyed living at North Stone , Staff was really great very clean places and outside maintenance, if I were to move back to South Carolina again I would choose North Stone again

Nice, clean, and peaceful place. My stay at Northstone Apartments was super pleasant. Maintenance (Keith) was always so quick and efficient with maintenance calls. Office staff (Ms. Carolyn and Joe) are kind and very helpful. Rules are always enforced; such as cleanliness rules and noise rules. Management was active in the community. I loved living at Northstone Apartments.

I came in and applied for a 2 bedroom 2 bath back in November for the up coming January, ms. Carolyn was very kind , respectful, and explain the process to me, her communication was everything, keeping me informed with my status when I reached out! I’m very excited, me and my family will be moving in March! Best apartment complex service I have ever received! Looking forward to living in the community. Thanks so much!
