I would not recommend renting from this company. Around 2.5 years ago, my friend and I toured one of their rentals and decided to apply. We got accepted and had to sign a prelease agreement. When we got the lease, we noticed it was only for 10 months. They refused to change it to 12 months to "stay on the summer schedule" and told us rent would increase after the 10 months because the listed price was lower to account for the shorter lease. Nowhere did it say/were we told that it was a 10 month lease so we asked to withdraw and get the security deposit back (we did not sign the lease). Even though it was against their policy, they returned the money since it had been less than 24 hours and that was that. Fast forward to this year and I schedule tours for multiple properties. This is a great realty especially for OSU students. They have a few cheap houses and apartments with good service. I have been living at their property for a year. Their response is good and it is easy to make payments through their website. Their locations might not be safe enough. There are cases of car windows smashing at my apartment parking lot. I don’t think they have luxury apartments.

Rented with them for a little under a year. The rent was pretty reasonable for the Short North, but it that ended up being more expensive in the winter with the gas bill because the apartment was insulated so poorly. One month was over $500 and we were still cold because the HVAC couldn't keep up. Maintenance was always quick to come and pretty helpful so I appreciate that. Overall, I liked the place during the warmer months but it was unbearable in the cold.

one of my buddies lives on your property, yall literally send people to their houses unannounced, with no warnings for "showings"???? while she's living there???? in an open carry state at that. you are actively endangering your staff, aswell as your tenants, and the only one to blame is y'all. also what reason would you have a showing unless the tenants are in the process of moving or are already gone??? not even mentioning the bitchy manager "mike" or whatever his name was, actively mocking and insulting my mate over the phone. do not buy property form these people unless your okay with strangers walking into your house unannounced.

Have friends who rent from this company and they have explained more than shady experiences from the Managers and realtors alike. Barging into apartments without notices, constant harassment and being undermined by management. They filed multiple complaints only for the manager to basically call her stupid and to get over it. I don’t know what kind of company runs a practice like this but it is ridiculous.
