Continued maintenance needed. My apartment building is falling apart. It's poorly built. There is a half inch gap between my cabinets and my counter. My bedroom door required constant fixing because the door is too small for the space. 2 floor porches barely sitting on the hurricane straps they are pulled so far apart. After having to leave a bad review last time they finally brought me a dishwasher from another unit(roaches included for free I guess) Plus they upped the rent for no good reason seeing that our apartment has received absolutely ZERO improvements.. not to mention all cabinets and doors are poorly installed onto particleboard and expected to last. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES, the infestation is real, don’t bother calling out their lackluster pest control service who never once made a difference in my apt, had to go out on my own and do my own extermination and spend my own time/ money for something I’m already paying for to get rid of the issue, wish I would have took a picture of the back of my refrigerator when I had to exterminate myself, although they were so nasty google probably would have taken them down lol. I would give 0 stars if I could, this place is terrible, penny pushers one million percent before moving in was offered a a credit of 1 month free or split into 12 months and pay a little less every month I chose to split it. On the exact day when I moved in they said I said other wise so I had them change it and signed a new lease with the base rent changed to my split credit. So I started paying the said amount and by the time I paid my first bill they said they can’t and don’t do that anymore. Roach infested bought my own stuff to get rid of them and nothing has changed had the office send someone out here and evacuate the apt just to come home and them not do anything but leave a business card these places are overpriced I do NOT recommend. Hello, I’ve lived in these apartments for 3 months now and my experience here so far has been horrible. The office managers never respond to any text or emails sent. My apartment flooded and there was no urgency to fix the issue, I called multiple times trying to get someone over here to fix things. When Maintenance came to add machines to suck up the water from the flood they caused damage to my walls and door. Maintenance entered my apartment without notice while I was gone at a doctors appointment, when I called to let management know I was told by Dalia her manager would call me to discuss the matter and I never received a call. I just recently moved out like two weeks ago from building 12. My experience here at these apartments is nothing compared to the other reviews I am reading, which is very sad to see. For me personally, I didn't really have no issues living there. I had a 2nd floor unit off to the corner, closest to the street so I never heard any commotion or police cars in the parking lot as listed by others. However, there are patrol cars that park in the church parking lot across the street or by the Star Cinema lot and that to me made me feel even more safe, especially living alone, that there was someone patrolling the neighborhood consistently. Conroe PD is also down the street, so they were quick to come, if needed. I enjoyed the easy access of getting to the highway and to all the nearby food/resta
