Northshore at Lakewood Village - David Weekley Homes

I’m writing this review at midnight, feeling very upset. I just want to say: if you don’t consider yourself a consistently lucky person, think twice before buying a house from this builder. This is based on my personal experience. I built a house with them last year. Both my sales manager and builder were great — they were helpful and professional throughout the process. However, if you’re like me and not always lucky, that’s when the nightmare begins. Less than a year after we moved in, our A/C broke down. You can imagine how helpless we felt on a hot Texas summer night. I called their emergency warranty line four times before finally giving up. It's going to be an excellent upscale community with good access to the metropolitan area.
