We have been renting from this establishment for 2 years! They have helped us out very well and appreciate the dishwasher replacement for free. The maintenance does well with helping us out!
Donal, the office manager is amazing! Very helpful on finding me a place. She's willing to listen and help with any issues. And John, Maint Mgr is also very nice, professional and knowledgeable to get things fixed quickly
They are straight forward and easy to work with. Maintenance requests are always resolved quickly. Apartments are clean, and they maintain the property well. Rent is affordable and I don't think I can find something as nice or comparable in price in town. I would recommend anyone to rent from them.
(Zero Star) Lady Lies to you by setting up 2 separate viewings on 2 different days one after the other, just to wait a few hours before our appointments to say she rented to someone else this was twice she done this! All while the listing is still up on Zillow! She had just done this to my Fiancé and I not giving any detail to why she's done this. Mind you we even paid for 2 applications just to get tossed around like this! BE CAREFUL folks very wrong to do to someone! God Bless
