Northridge Gardens Apartments

Horrible Management. I ended my lease in June 2025 due to a SEVERE roach infestation (please do not live here at all, I never write reviews but this was horrible.) and recently LADWP told me I owed HUNDREDS of $$$ in electricity charges since the apartment manager never shut off the electricity in my name. I tried to email the management to report the issue since they have to work with me on this, but they refused to cooperate and have failed to respond to my recent emails. This is ridiculous. Do not live here. I have photos of dead roaches on the countertops and IN THE FREEZER. It is a health hazard and this building continues to have infestation issues to this day.

We have been living at Northridge Gardens for the last two and a half years and can only say it's been the most AMAZING journey. Everyone has been so professional, big Kudos to Karina, Sarah, and the whole Leasing Office- every time we call someone actually picks up the phone which is very rare these days. Maintenance is always on point, & professional. The property is clean, well maintained and secure. There are not enough kind things to to say about how wonderful our leasing experience has been at Northridge Gardens...make this your next home...you won't be disappointed ! Cheers.

We had a tour of the apartments and we are really excited about the units. Our main appreciation is the kind of tenants we saw while we were visiting and most importantly Karina, the one who was giving us the tour. She was highly professional during the tour.

My family’s been living here for almost 4 years. We ve had our 2nd child here. The management is very professional and responsive. They are so organised that we don’t have to wait long to arrange the maintenance. The janitors know their job so it’s always clean. We have great families living around us. If the apartments were for sale we would probably buy them.

Karina is the most professional that I ever seen. It was so enjoyable to go through the whole process from tour to paperwork. Great communication, and very friendly. I feel that stuff is highly experienced!
