HORRIBLE. This financing company is horrible. Their customer service since my family and I have been affected by covid-19 is abissmal. They will not work with you on missed payments and say they will call you back with 48 hours and you will not receive a call. After having to follow up with them for 3 weeks they told me they couldn't help me and gave me no advice on how to remove the missed payment from my credit. Kelly and Melissa were absolutely no help and despite me being in constant communication with Kathy, she never educated me on what I needed to do and left me hung out to dry. THANKS FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I'm currently filling out a refinancing application.

This company has been amazing to work with - they assisted in getting me financing when I needed and it the follow through for the last 2+ years has been excellent - Chris A. Heidt is the best too! Always responsive and helpful!

I met with Chris about a mortgage and he got me pre approved. I hope the seller accepts my offer. Chris was very professional and courteous. I really feel like he went to bat for me and worked hard on this.

I have a mortgage with this bank for 3 years but now I want to take care of my home insurance and taxes and this bank is abusing of my rights,I have been in contact with them by phone and emails and they are liars the continued taking my money and if I stop paying they can damage me credit.
