Had been part of Northpoint Villas family for one year now, and I had a great experience since day one management has always been so sweet and helpful, just renewed my lease and Rhonda the manager is a sweet heart, she always run the extra mile to make sure you are being helped, She's the soul of this place she goes above and beyond to help us, believe me u be in Good hands ❤️, also the Dominican guy forgot his name they all very sweet and patient, community is always clean and quiet 🤫 and another thing that I love is how spacious the apartments are, and the beautiful 🌇 sunsets in the evening

I have lived here for over 6 months now and I can say I am pleased. First of all, this is a great location. The complex is relatively quiet and well maintained. Management is professional, prompt, and just overall amazing! The grounds are clean and maintenance is prompt and friendly. The apartment itself has a great spacious layout! Thank you Northpoint Villas for this positive experience! Your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed.

Northpoint Villa Apartments is a freaking gem. Thus far, it has been such an easy and stress-free experience! Although this is my first time living at this property, I’ve had the pleasure of living under this same apartment manager, Rhonda, before — and as soon as I found out she was managing here, I knew I wanted to move in right away. I’ve been all over DFW the past decade and she was by far my favorite manager, so I am beyond ecstatic to live under her management again. Rhonda is absolutely amazing at what she does. She’s professional, caring, and incredibly responsive — she gets things done and doesn’t waste time when it comes to solving any issues or helping residents. I cannot stress enough how great this entire property is managed and maintained. Everyone I have ever had any contact with has been AMAZING kind and so helpful and understanding. I feel they care about us more than some of own family does. Rhonda, Haley, and Wil (I'm sure I'm not spelling that correctly and I apologize for that) You guys are invited to Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner at my place ever darn time!!!
