If I could give them no stars I would!!! This company talks a lot of good stuff to you and makes a lot of promises that they have no intention of keeping! This company represents everything bad you have ever heard about BIG BUSINESS!! This company is the gold standard for what movies are made about bad large corporations and what they represent. The saying “Putting people first” on the back of their card must really mean financial gain for their board of directors at the expense of other people’s lives and property!! Also, on their card they have “core values” it should read... We will take whatever we need to get what we want and walk over and destroy peoples lives and their property to achieve our own selfish goals. Not only did they buy our local mall in Schuylkill County, PA, but they are getting tax breaks on the property that The County Commissioners intentionally raised all of our taxes to help pay for and yet they have to illegally seize other people's property to continue to pay the bills. Simply pathetic.

NorthPoint flipped a property that I lived in for years. They took advantage of the federal COVID stipends and raised rent by 25% in 2021. The repairs they made in my unit were unprofessional, sloppy, and dangerous. When the new property managers had to correct one of their repairs, they discovered a fire hazard that resulted from the NorthPoint repair. The property management team was rude and demanding. I've rented for over a decade and I've never had a worse experience.
