Highly recommend! Annie is incredibly knowledgeable, very easy to talk too, thorough and made the whole process beyond easy! She is great at communicating and always kept us in the loop no matter how big or small the detail. Hands down the easiest part of the whole process was having Annie in our court!

95% of our renting experience with Northpoint was…fine. Not good, but adequate. But beware, upon early lease termination we were charged a flat lease termination fee of $1400. To our understanding this is illegal under California law. When we repeatedly asked for an itemized list of costs associated with this fee, we were responded to with either “we can’t do that”, or a list of their responsibilities that weren’t actual costs. Some of these “costs” were even charged to the new tenant upon move-in, letting them double their profit. Additionally, Northpoint took over 35 days to refund our security deposit after move out, claiming payment system issues. Also illegal. (Threatening legal action finally got their payment system to magically resolve itself 🤷‍♂️.) Renters and property owners b

I had the unfortunate opportunity to have Elizabeth Lane as a property manager and she was never available, agreed to pay me for doing maintenance work then refused to pay me for the completed work, took 4 months to respond to a main waterline bursting and 3 months to respond to a water leak from the ceiling into my pantry ruining all my food and not once apologized. She absolutely does not care about tenants and actively belittles them. She loves to dance along the lines of not leaving a property livable and never once cared that the maintenance workers didn't fix a single thing the time I lived there. Do not work with her, as she never works.

Scott Swindell is an amazing person to work with. He has done an excellent work for PARK HILLS PLACE APARTMENTS. He is a great representatives for Northpoint Assets Management. He patiently answered all my question and concerns. He is always ready to help and find a solution. I really appreciate his honesty, Fairness and would highly recommend him to manage properties.

One of the most unprofessional and irresponsible property management companies I’ve ever dealt with. We submitted our application on time and paid the full $120 ($60 per person), but they failed to communicate with us properly throughout the entire process. They never suggested adding a guarantor, never provided clear updates, and completely ignored us even though we submitted all required documents. Without giving us a fair chance or asking for additional info, they simply rented the unit to someone else. It feels like they took our money with no intention of considering our application seriously. Deeply disappointed and frustrated — this was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend working with them under any circumstance
