Northpoint Asset Management - Raleigh

I have been with Northpoint since 11/2022z it's has been a nightmare since day one . I have been living under unsafe , unhabitable living conditions for over 6 months now . Floors are cracked , plumbming pipes are broken , leaks in the house , all appliances are backed up . I've submitted numerous amount of pictures and videos. I am unable to use water unable to shower or cook because eveything will flood . I have to keep my water shut off . I have two children . We have not been placed in a hotel . I have to constantly reache out with no answer . I am going to sue !!!!! They are not letting me go of my lease even though nothing is being done . I will never ever recommend anyone or rent from the people again . Terrible !!!!! Sewer smell is now in the home. You will not meet anyone . The

Worst property management company I ever hired. Unable to lease out my property causing vacancy for over 6 months until I finally fired them. Didn’t even start advertising my property until the tenants move out. Overall this company doesn’t care about leasing property and keeping vacancy low. The property manager gives me the attitude that he is not paid enough to do this job.

Ignoring maintenance requests , no communication, no one answers the phone or emails . I had to pay 300$ last year because my own car got towed out of my own neighborhood and was not made aware nor given a pass that I needed for the visitor section. They said they would look into it and get back to me and never did . This company is one of the worst. Luckily Julio doesn’t manage anymore because he was very rude !!!

Since the beginning, we’ve had ongoing maintenance issues that are never resolved, and communication with the assigned property manager, Mr. Julio Pajardo, has been extremely frustrating. While I have nothing personal against Mr. Pajardo, I need him to take his role seriously and escalate our concerns to his supervisor—because this situation has gone beyond neglect. Our maintenance requests are constantly ignored or canceled. When someone does come out, they take photos, make no repairs, and leave. Fantastic experience with closing on a rental property in a span of 3 days. Found the listing on Zillow and contacted the property management who listed the house for rent. Julio is super responsive and professional person I would say. He was working and replying to my questions even after the office timings. He made sure we were satisfied at every step as well. It was a nice collaboration because of him. Definitely recommend Julio for anyone looking to go through north point asset management.
