This is my best decision ever to choose Northpark apartment for living with my family. Its been 3 yrs now and i am loving it. The location is perfect for peace lover , also have easy access to groceries, parks and public transportation. Most importantly, the management is top notch. I am impressed with maintenance team and staff here as they are professional and welcoming . A huge shoutout to Cade (property manager) who is been awesome , professional ,compassionate ,welcoming, friendly and goes above and beyond to fix the issues anytime , any day ( yeah i didn’t have to wait office hours for some semi-emergent issues ) The whole process from initial inquiry to move-in was seamless because of him. Living at North Park Apartments has been an incredible experience from day one (I’ve been here 6 months). The exterior of the complex is always beautifully maintained; the team clearly takes pride in keeping the grounds clean, welcoming. The maintenance staff deserves a special shoutout. They’re not only hardworking and efficient, but also genuinely kind and respectful. Any issues are addressed promptly and professionally, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day comfort. My husband and I have been here for 4 months now and have enjoyed our time here so far! When we first moved in we had a few minor fixes in the apartment that needed checked out, but there was no problem getting maintenance to come help. They were very friendly and helpful! As far as location, the apartment complex itself has felt safe to us. However, I wouldn’t recommend walking around the area alone at night, if you can avoid it. Overall, we are pleased with our choice to rent here. The team here has been very helpful and friendly and we are happy with the space this place offers!

The apartment manager, Cade, is fantastic—very responsive and genuinely cares about the tenants. Whenever I’ve had any questions or issues, Cade is quick to help and makes sure things are taken care of promptly. The maintenance team deserves a shout-out too! Been living pretty much a year now, and will be renewing my lease! Really like living here! It’s safe, pretty quiet, and has nice people! Cade (the property owner) does a great job and has an amazing maintenance team. Jose was quick to get over here after he finished something up! Both guys who came were friendly and helpful!
