Northgate Apartments

Two stars because the ladies in the office are really nice and so are the maintenance guys. However our unit often reeked of marijuana (I emailed a total of 12 times) and forced us to move things around because it was making my husband’s work clothes smell and for what we paid there that’s unacceptable. “Well it’s hard to tell who it is” when we told them who it was. “Well we patrol the hallways” I’m a stay at home mom and those doors are loud and I never heard doors open or management in the hallways during the day. They use shitty paint and charge you $200 to repaint no matter what you do or how much you clean. I called the local Sherwin Williams and they told me it was $19 for a quart and I guarantee the complex gets it cheaper for wholesale or bulk purchases. Maintenance also came in

I just moved into Northgate Apartments and I absolutely love it! The office staff is so nice and helpful and the property manager Jenny is awesome. Also, the maintenance team does an awesome job at getting work ticket done! Definitely recommend checking out Northgate Apartments! Thank you team

I stopped in for some questions regarding renting an apartment and the ladies in the office were very nice and informative. I don’t plan on moving until late April but out of all of the apartments that i toured, Northgate gave me the best vibes. Looking forward to applying in the spring.

Exceptional Service from the Apartment Staff! I want to give a huge thank you to the apartment staff for helping me retrieve my package from the Amazon locker. After multiple attempts with Amazon customer service, who unfortunately weren’t able to resolve the issue, the staff here stepped in right away and took care of it. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a stressful situation so much easier. I really appreciate their prompt help and the great customer service. By far one of the BEST community in Lake County! The 3 ladies in the office are professional, bubbly and loyal to their community. I will definitely be moving forward. Thank you and Happy New Year
