My heart sank when I learned that Lisa Chavez was the property manager at this location. I previously lived at an apartment complex where I lived for over 5 years she was the manager, and that experience had a serious negative impact on my well‑being. During that time, I felt consistently harassed, to the point where I ultimately had to file a restraining order to protect myself and my family. The situation became so stressful that I eventually moved out for the sake of my health. Because of what I went through, I would strongly encourage future tenants to be aware of my experience and make the best decision for themselves.

Excellent staff! Clean grounds. Quiet. Can’t wait to move in!! I’m accustomed to affordable living places. Being new this one has the bells and whistles. Plus it’s not HUD. It’s private. Mercy Housing started by nuns. Qualifications are unlike HUD that are much more permissible. This place much higher standards

I was calling around different apartment complexes in Fort Collins to see availability and to gain information on what is offered and there is no official website for this complex and the property manager I got in contact with was rude and seemed uninterested in taking a phone call from a prospective renter, I'm hoping this isn't the same for everyone but there's got to be a better adjustment in terms of customer service!
