Northfield by Dream Finders Homes

As you read through the reviews many are from real estate agents about helping their clients with their home purchase and the Dream Finders rep, TJ. Well, this one is from an actual home owner. TJ is no longer with Dream Finders and he was the only one that assisted after the sale. I have sent in dozens of warranty requests from holes in the pavement on my front porch to a faulty garage door opener and can’t get anyone to actually show up and fix anything. I’ve been at the property for 9 months and still have a long list of items that have been submitted and ignored. The neighborhood and neighbors are amazing, the after sale and warranty team are horrible and it’s probably going to have to end up going to an attorney.
