Lisa and Dale are great! The entire team at Northern Pass Properties helped me transfer rental property management to them after my previous property manager started giving me issues. I've had NPP manage my house over the last 4 years, and they've always communicated any issues with my house promptly. I definitely recommend NPP for anyone that needs a rental property manager!

If you’re looking for property management, and you value communication and consistency, don’t waste your time with Northern Pass. They’re fine so long as nothing out of the ordinary happens to your property. Unprofessional, lazy and uncooperative. Look into 5 Star Property Management instead, they’ve done an exceedingly better job with our properties.

My husband and I own two rental properties in the El Paso, TX area and we are very grateful for Northern Pass Properties. They were recommended to us by our realtor and we so appreciate their expertise and experience with rentals in the area. We had a vacancy last year when the economy was low and they worked with us continually to come up with an affordable rental price and keep our property occupied. We've mostly worked with Dale, Lisa and Erika and they are quick with responses to any questions. Everyone has been great!
