Northern Palms

Northern Palms Apartments truly exceeds expectations! The recent renovations are fantastic, making my unit feel modern and comfortable with great European-style kitchen finishes and new double-pane windows. The management and staff are consistently friendly, professional, and quick to address any maintenance requests, ensuring a pleasant and secure living environment. I especially love the cozy community atmosphere and the well-kept pool area. This is a quiet, convenient, and wonderful place to call home on Northern Avenue!

I can't really rate these apartments. I have a friend who lives there, he seems to like them. The place was bought recently and are being remodeled. Almost all tenants were asked to move for the complete remodel. However friend can't seem to get new owners to give accurate updates on much. But what has been said sounds good. I guess we'll see how well remodel comes out, how expensive they'll be and if Management will be good or bad.

A week ago my car was stolen from the apartment parking lot. I went to the office because there were some cameras that should have recorded everything, but they told me that nothing was recorded.

I came in before it was painted. I looked at 1 bdrm in the basement. They had no handrails for me to get down those stairs. I did manage to get down there, very scary with no help. The apt was beautiful, the next day I came back to rent it. The mother and daughter were leaving for good. In my opinion they should've at least got me in a lease.

I have lived here for 8 months, while I loved the old manager, the new manager Cynthia is doing a great job with continuing to clean up the property. Don't listen to reviews about these apartments being infested with bug, they are NOT infested with bugs. The new manager is friendly and understanding and works hard to make sure to deal with any issues in a timely and friendly manner. People saying differently have no clue what they are talking about. This is a quiet complex for the most part and the manager is making sure that the people here stay happy. I have extremely glad I signed here originally with the former manager (Mary) and am renewing my lease under tye new manager (Cynthia).
