We had a good experience with our rental on base. When something needed fixing, they fixed it quickly. When we moved, we thoroughly cleaned the unit and our security deposit was returned to us in full. They were easy to work with. Probably the better landlords on base, from my experience. I can't say anything bad. They do what they're supposed to, if you do what your supposed to. Pretty simple

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AS PROPERTY MANAGERS!!!! Les Thatcher allowed 2 tenants to fall almost SIX THOUSAND dollars behind in their rent. Then they moved out. We have fired him and found a new manager. They also managed to use up a lot of the rents on expenses. I feel that they broke their contract to safeguard the owners best interests.

I've worked with Northern Eagle for the past 7 years in purchasing all my investment properties and they have always been professional, nice, and find me the best investments. Not only do I purchase my homes from Northern Eagle, I also have them as property managers. I'd highly recommend Northern Eagle to anyone looking for a new house or a property manager.
