I cannot say enough about Lexington Wright our realtor. She kept me informed and organized every step of the way. She was so easy to get a hold of and was always willing and able to answer every question that I had. She met with many possible buyers and contractors and really went out of her way to make sure that this transaction closed smoothly. She was also instrumental in helping our office relocate to their new home and we are very happy with that choice at the moment. Also, probably my favorite part of working with Lexington was her shrewdness as a negotiator, and I mean that in a very good way. I love what Northern Crain has done to race street. They've run off the businesses and let new non paying tenants in the neighborhood.

Cynthia Sturns is very rude. I’m not really sure on how long ago she went to school for the job title she holds. Maybe the laws or regulations have changed since then. She does not go by protocol and she thinks that the rules she makes are to be followed. She does not do things by the rule book. She makes threats and gives evictions without following proper eviction procedures. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE BULLIED and made FEEL LIKE YOU DO NOT MATTER AT ALL. Maybe it’s just her. So I won’t say stay away from northern crain. But stay far from Cynthia.

There’s a very clear and visible vagrant resident at the from of 1400 Mistletoe Blvd across from Baylor. I’ve called 8x and got a robot and a voicemail. Heaven forbid I’m interested in leading that location. It’s just really gross and negligent. Call police. Then I read their recent reply to a post and they openly admit to selectively deleting comments that make them look bad. Sorry, but you deserve this. Be better

Janet Field was absolutely fantastic when it comes to everything! She answered all of my questions and was available to me at the drop of a hat! She always kept me informed and was very open and realistic about every situation we were up against. I would recommend her services to anyone and everyone!!!!
